Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in managing day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting in employee relations, coordinating recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, and ensuring HR processes are efficient and compliant. The HR Assistant will also play a key role in fostering a positive workplace environment and supporting various HR initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
