Job Summary They are seeeking a Head of Sales to drive revenue growth, lead client acquisition across corporate and SME segments, and manage a high-performing sales team while overseeing key partnerships and sales performance. The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of corporate, SME, and high-value clients. The role involves leading and scaling the sales function, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong relationships to support business expansion within the fintech space. Responsibilities Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of corporate, SME, and high-value clients. Identify and develop new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and distribution channels. Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team across multiple regions. Set clear KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve optimal performance. Foster a results-driven and performance-oriented sales culture. Drive acquisition of key private sector clients (corporates, SMEs, institutions) Lead the acquisition of key private sector clients, including corporates, SMEs, and institutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and key stakeholders. Oversee major deal negotiations and ensure successful closures. Ensure excellent customer experience and implement effective client retention strategies. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary. Requirements First degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Professional certification is an added advantage. Minimum of 15 years’ experience in sales, with significant experience in leadership roles. Proven experience within the financial services industry, preferably in the fintech space. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
