Roles and Responsibilities - Area Sales Manager

  1. Case Acquisition & Clinical Engagement: Build strong relationships with doctors to generate NPWT cases

and ensure consistent case flow from assigned hospitals and clinics.

  1. Distributor Management & Sales Growth: Manage and motivate distributors to achieve monthly purchase

orders as per assigned targets.Ensure regular liquidation of NPWT consumables to maintain healthy stock

movement.

  1. Team Leadership: Supervise and guide subordinates to achieve individual and team objectives. Provide

ongoing training and support for product knowledge and sales techniques.

  1. Order & Payment Management: Oversee government and institutional orders, ensuring timely follow-up and

execution. Ensure prompt delivery of NPWT consumables to dealers and collect payments within the agreed

timelines.

  1. Market Expansion: Identify new markets, develop entry strategies, and establish Capture Meditech’s presence

in untapped territories.

  1. Asset & Reporting Compliance: Safeguard and manage company assets effectively. Submit accurate opening

and closing stock statements and sales reports to the Head Office on schedule.

  1. Clinical & Marketing Support: Collect a minimum of two documented NPWT case studies from the assigned

territory each month. Participate in medical conferences, workshops, and promotional activities as required.

  1. Travel & Patient Support: Be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Maintain 24/7

readiness to support patient care when necessary.

  1. Communication & Collaboration: Maintain clear, transparent, and professional communication with

colleagues, distributors, and the Head Office.

  1. Team Recruitment: Assist in hiring and onboarding sales executives or territory managers when required

  2. Cost Management: Optimize travel, logistics, and promotional expenses within approved budgets.

  3. Compliance & Ethics: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical sales practices.

  4. Tender Management: Track government tenders, prepare bids, and ensure compliance with procurement

norms.
