Job Summary; We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Chambers to lead and manage our legal team. The ideal candidate will oversee legal operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and provide strategic direction for the firm’s litigation and advisory work. Key Responsibilities; Lead and supervise lawyers, associates, and support staff Oversee case allocation, strategy, and execution Review legal documents, opinions, and court processes Represent the firm in high-level litigation and client matters Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards, including the Nigerian Bar Association and Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners Manage client relationships and ensure timely service delivery Drive business development and client acquisition Mentor junior lawyers and support staff development Oversee chambers operations, reporting, and performance Minimum of 7 years post call for Head of Chambers
