Oversee structured finance and alternative, ethical financing solutions. Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. Ensure operational excellence, process efficiency, and strong governance. Manage key stakeholders and lead results-driven teams. Requirements and Qualifications MBA or equivalent preferred 12 - 15 years experience in asset management, investment banking, or private credit. Proven track record in managing business units and deal execution. Deep understanding of multi-asset strategies and alternative investments. Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Shariah-compliant finance is a plus.
