Job Summary We are looking for a Growth & Demand Lead to own the pipeline that moves corporate carbon credit buyers from cold outreach to qualified commercial conversations. This is a pipeline ownership role,demand generation, funnel performance, and conversion. You will Own full outbound full funnel across email, LinkedIn, and event driven channels converting cold to warm conversations Develop and refine messaging, email sequences,landing pages and other buyer facing conversion assetsincluding integrity briefs, one-pagers, and procurement guides Build and manage the CRM architecture, pipeline stages,lead scoring, segmentations, tracking and reprting in platfoms such as hubspot Identify high intent leads and ensure clean progression and handoff into the commercial pipeline/ conversations Continuously test, optimise, and improve conversion rates across every funnel stage Continuously test, optimise, and improve funnel performance Work closely with the Commercial Lead to improve lead qualificationand refine handoff into commercial conversations We are looking for someone with Experience building and running B2B demand generation or revenue operations Strong understanding of outbound B2B funnel mechanics and CRM systems The ability to translate technically complex offerings into clear, credible messaging for institutional buyers An analytical mindset focused on metrics, conversion, and pipeline velocity Comfort operating with high ownership in an early stage environment The curiosity to learn carbon market buyer psychology quickly and build a high converting demand engine around it Knows their tools and how global environments operate Carbon markets experience is an advantage but not necessary.
