ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a strategic, execution-driven Head of Marketing to lead the company’s global marketing initiatives and establish the foundations of a scalable marketing function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy

  • Define and execute AiOO’s marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and brand strategy for AiOO’s products and services.
  • Identify growth opportunities across international markets and digital channels.
  • Translate company strategy into clear marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Demand Generation & Growth

  • Build scalable demand generation systems that support revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel acquisition strategies including digital marketing, partnerships, and outbound initiatives.
  • Optimize marketing funnels and customer acquisition processes.
  • Track marketing performance and continuously improve ROI through data-driven insights.

Brand & Market Positioning

  • Build and strengthen AiOO’s brand presence globally.
  • Represent and maintain AiOO's presence in global industry events & trade shows.
  • Lead marketing communications, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Support leadership visibility through thought leadership and industry positioning.

Marketing Operations

  • Implement marketing systems, tools, and automation platforms.
  • Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Introduce operational structure to campaign planning and execution.
  • Ensure marketing processes remain scalable as the company grows.

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead AiOO’s marketing team as the organization scales.
  • Define team structure, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
  • Manage external partners, agencies, and freelancers when required.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the commercial/revenue team, technology, and leadership teams to align marketing strategy with product development and company goals.
  • Provide insights into market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
  • Support market expansion initiatives through targeted marketing strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • 7–10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Experience in technology, media, SaaS, or digital platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling marketing functions in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Experience working across international markets is a strong advantage.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth strategy, and demand generation.
  • Experience with modern marketing tools, analytics platforms, and automation systems.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
