Manage showroom display, visual merchandising, and sales team performance. Track competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead. Requirements A Degree / Diploma in Interior Decoration or related field is a must. Proven 4-5 years retail sales experience (furniture / interior sales strongly preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Passion for interiors, design, and customer engagement.
