Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive & Guest Experience Executive, based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The individual will handle front office reception duties, including greeting guests, managing appointments, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This role also involves delivering excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Additional tasks may include communication management and assisting with daily office operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties experience Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written is a must Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor Proficiency with hotel software and tools Previous experience in hospitality or front office roles is a plus A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is preferred
