Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located at our Lekki office. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, financial planning, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Key tasks include budget preparation, financial forecasting, managing accounts receivable and payable, performing risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. Additionally, the Finance Manager will collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and assist in strategic decision-making. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Financial Management, Financial Planning, and Budgeting Proven knowledge of Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Risk Assessment Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll Management Proficiency in Financial Software and Excel Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate financial data effectively to non-financial stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (professional certifications like CFA, CPA, or ACCA are a plus) Previous experience in healthcare finance or clinic operations is an advantage
