Description

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Facility Manager located in Lekki. The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of properties, ensuring safety and efficiency. Duties include planning and coordinating facility services, supervising maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, preparing budgets, troubleshooting building issues, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Facility Management, including building operations, maintenance, and repair. Experience in Budgeting, Vendor Management, and Procurement processes. Excellent Organizational, Leadership, and Team Management abilities. Proficiency in Compliance and Risk Management, including health, safety, and environmental regulations. Effective Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills. Proven experience in Real Estate or Property Management is an advantage. Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field; certifications in Facility Management (e.g., IFMA) are beneficial.
