Description
Key Responsibilities Executive Support: Manage calendars, arrange meetings, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel itineraries for senior staff. Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and managing correspondence. Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, often using MS Office Suite. Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact, screening calls and managing emails for executives. Records Management: Establish and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring confidentiality. Project Assistance: Support special projects, research, and data analysis as required Key Requirements A graduate with minimum qualification of (HND/BSc)in business admin, estate management or related fields Real estate experience is an added advantage Must present good communication skills, knowledge, and experience of administrative management and have some level of technical skills Minimum of three years experience
