Direct Sales Executive - Basic Plus Commission Based

Role Description This is a contract on-site role located in Abuja for a Direct Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential customers, promoting the bank’s products and services, and meeting sales targets. Other responsibilities include maintaining positive customer relationships, processing transactions, and assisting clients in understanding financial products. Regular reporting on sales activities and results will also be a key component of this role. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build relationships Sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet targets Basic understanding of Finance and familiarity with Insurance concepts Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision Proficiency in using digital tools and applications for reporting and communication Prior experience in sales or financial services is an advantage A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
