Role Summary The Digital Marketer & Content Creator is responsible for driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing and compelling content creation. The role combines creativity with data-driven execution to attract, convert, and retain customers across multiple digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals Plan and execute campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and paid advertising Manage and optimize digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for ROI Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using relevant tools Content Creation & Management: Create engaging content (graphics, videos, copy) for social media, websites, and campaigns Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives Ensure all content reflects the brand voice and drives engagement and conversion Produce sales-driven content for promotions, product launches, and campaigns Social Media & Online Presence: Manage company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Grow followers, engagement, and online community Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly Monitor trends and leverage them for brand visibility Lead Generation & Conversion: Design and implement strategies to generate quality leads Optimize landing pages and customer journey for better conversion rates Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to align campaigns with revenue targets Brand Management: Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms Ensure all communications reflect the company’s values and positioning Support offline campaigns with digital amplification Qualifications & Requirements A bachelor's degree in any relevant field Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing and content creation Proven track record of executing successful digital campaigns Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva/Adobe Suite, and content scheduling tools Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual content skills.
