1. SEO Specialist Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania Reporting To : Head of Online Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings. Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize content and campaigns. Perform on-page and off-page optimization, including technical SEO elements such as robots.txt, metadata, and site speed optimization. Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console; prepare reports and analyze trends. Collaborate with content, web, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices. Manage and optimize the Casino Portal and other web platforms. Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the industry. Assist in digital marketing campaigns and track SEO performance metrics. Copywriting and content optimization for SEO purposes. Essential Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role. Understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking methods, and SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs). Experience with Google Analytics and website analytics. Knowledge of keyword research, link building, and technical SEO. Comfortable analyzing large volumes of data on a daily basis. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field. Fluent in English and Swahili. Proficient in MS Office and SEO tools. High attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required. Interest in sports preferred.
2. Digital Content Creator Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania Reporting To: Head of Online Key Responsibilities: Create, edit, and post engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) across social media platforms. Develop strategies to grow followers and engagement organically. Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into content to maintain relevance. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand goals. Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement. Essential Requirements: Passion for creating short-form videos and visual storytelling. Minimum 3 years of experience as Digital Content or similar role. Understanding of organic social media growth and trends. Proficiency in video editing tools and techniques. Fluent in English and Swahili. High attention to detail and creativity. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required. Experience in sports, betting, or related industries is a plus.
