Location: Ikoyi, Osapa/Orchid, or Admiralty Road (Lekki) Salary: ₦130,000 Monthly Job Summary The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interacting with customers, managing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across our service channels. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly Process customer orders accurately (online and in-person) Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for every customer Manage phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries Maintain updated knowledge of menu items and promotions Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards Provide administrative support as required Qualifications OND / HND / B.Sc in any field 1–3 years experience in customer service or a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be customer-focused, patient, and well-organized Ability to work independently and within a team Important Requirement Applicants must reside within Ikoyi, Osapa/Orchid, or Admiralty Road (Lekki). Only candidates living in these areas will be considered. This requirement is mandatory due to the proximity needed for our outlet locations.
