Key Responsibilities Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Provide accurate information about products and services Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions Support onboarding of new customers and guide them through processes Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
