For our client located in the canton of Fribourg and specialized in the pharmaceutical field, GI Life Sciences is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Customer Service Representative - Temporary position

Start: ASAP

Your mission:

Ensure the complete management of customer orders in an international environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards. You will be a key player in the coordination between internal teams and external partners, while contributing to the optimization of processes and the digitalization of flows.

Your responsibilities:

Manage the complete order cycle for international clients in the pharmaceutical sector.

Ensure proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality requirements.

Participate in continuous improvement projects, particularly in terms of digitalization and process optimization.

Collaborate with the Supply Chain, Finance and Quality teams to solve problems and improve operational efficiency.

Contribute to change management and adaptation of processes in a dynamic context.

Your profile:

Degree in logistics or customer service.

Proven experience in international customer service, supply chain, logistics or transport.

Experience in client service management for the Middle East and Africa regions would be highly valued.

Open mind, flexible and able to adapt to changes.

Fluent English.
