Job Responsibilities Identifying & Establishing new business with Corporate Customers & maintaining the relationship for long-term prospects. Actively seek our New Sales Opportunities through regular visits, networking social media or other Business leads. Generating enquiries & Regular Follow-up with Customers by Negotiation & Closing Deals. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Collaborate with Sales Manager & other team members to achieve better results. Sending reports daily for sales visits & sales calls. Develop and Implement sales strategies. Ability to make sales and Negotiate. Ability to Persuade and influence others. Build and nurture client relationships. Conduct market research. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Working towards Monthly or Quarterly Targets. Job Requirements A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. 5 - 7 years of successful sales experience in the raw materials industry, will be preferred. Experience in B2B corporate sales is highly desirable. Equivalent work experience will also be considered. Industry knowledge: In-depth understanding of raw materials, their applications, and the industries they serve. Familiarity with market dynamics, pricing models, and competitor analysis within the industry.
