Role Overview We are seeking smart, driven, and result-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Collection Specialists . This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in the fintech and financial services sector, particularly in credit and debt recovery operations. Key Responsibilities Contact customers with outstanding loan obligations via phone, email, and other approved channels Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely debt recovery Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial discussions Follow up consistently on overdue accounts to achieve collection targets Adhere strictly to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements Escalate complex cases where necessary Requirements Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in any discipline You must have NYSC Must be a fresh graduate or have 0–2 years experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good negotiation and persuasion abilities Basic computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment High level of integrity and professionalism
