Chief Operating Officer - Faith Based Organization Lagos

The  COO  will  be  a  compassionate  and  visionary  leader  who  will provide  strategic  leadership,  guide  organizational  growth,  and maximize  the  value  of  all  stakeholders.  This  executive  plays  a  crucial role  in  setting  the  organization's  direction,  fostering  a culture  of innovation,  and  driving  operational  excellence  across  all  functions. The  COO  will  ensure  administrative  oversight  to  ensure  the the organizational health The  ideal  candidate  will  have  a  proven  track  record  of  executive  leadership,  exceptional  management  skills,  and  a  deep  understanding  of a Faith-Based organization Significant leadership experience, typically at least 10-15 years, with a proven track record of success in executive or senior management roles. Experience in strategic planning, business development, and corporate governance. Experience managing diverse teams and driving organizational change. Industry-specific experience and knowledge relevant to the company's sector. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve organizational goals. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on long-term vision and execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Financial acumen and business savvy, with the ability to understand and analyze financial statements, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
