Chief Operating & Growth Officer (COGO)

Job Summary We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Chief Operating & Growth Officer (COGO) to lead institutional operations and drive measurable growth across the school system. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, strengthening governance and accountability systems, improving enrollment and revenue performance, and translating the CEO’s strategic vision into structured execution across academics, administration, HR, finance, welfare, and business development. This executive role requires a strong systems thinker with proven leadership experience, operational discipline, and the ability to deliver sustainable growth in an education environment.
