Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive (HNI Banking) located in Abuja. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities to meet deposit targets, generating leads and mobilizing deposits for the bank, managing high-value accounts, and fostering strong client relationships. The candidate will also focus on delivering tailored banking solutions for high-net-worth individuals and promoting the bank's financial products. Qualifications Proficiency in Lead Generation and Deposit Mobilization Strong skills in Sales, Relationship and Account Management Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to understand the financial needs of high-net-worth individuals A background in banking or financial services is a plus Proven ability to meet sales and business growth targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
