Key Responsibilities Development of Brand Communications operational document and outline all elements of Brand Identity. Updates of new passwords and backend process flows Network Administration: Manage and maintain website and webmail updates, payment renewals, and support for NetConstruct and N2Energy [ValeFMC & other subsidiaries when support is required]. Troubleshooting when there is a website 404 error and work hand in hand from backend to resolve issues. Ensure periodic website and social media channels for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and usability are carried out quarterly. Photography, compilation and alignment of visuals in presentation document during quarterly market surveys. [Working with Head of projects, Sales team, and Head of Sales & CRM to make sure the document is concise and coherent enough for presentation] | Coordination of logistics and locations. Design of Marketing flyers, Roll-up banners, Billboard Ads and event materials. Company profile update & design. Supervision of print collateral from quality control to print Management and supervision of scripting, design and copywriting along with Aidos (3rd party service provider). Support with design and content videos when necessary. Partnering with advertising and media specialists to source for good advert locations in order to increase marketing results. e.g Sahad Location Activation. Payment renewal follow ups, and design updates. Management of all aspects of digital marketing operations, including key personnel. Interfacing with originating support team whenever there is a glitch or blockade with our social media handles. Working closely with the Sales team and align marketing communication with approved sales target. Analysing key metrics that unite our website traffic and our service quotas. Generating monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance. Coordinating with the Sales department for all works in progress (production, events, exhibitions) Development and presentation of Marketing Budgets for Management’s consideration and approval. Ensuring the visual feel and content of collaterals align with corporate standards and vision always. Contributing significantly to the Sales Department responsibilities of implementing strategies contributing to achieving sales goals. Weekly meetings with 3rd party service providers for status report on deliverables and active briefs per time. Monitoring competitive activities and presenting findings to design team for implementation. Management of advertising and PR agencies and other strategic partners in the same category. Assisting with the formulation of effective marketing and advertising campaigns to generate public interest the Company and her projects. Evaluating marketing campaigns and trends to assist with decision-making. Internal and external marketing Event Activations, supervision & provision of marketing materials. Provision of design, PR and production support to other departments, when necessary, e.g
