Description
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Professional certifications in Digital Marketing are an added advantage. Experience 4–6 years of experience in: Brand management Agency account management Digital marketing FMCG brand environment Proven experience managing integrated campaigns. Brand Strategy & Growth Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with client and business objectives. Translate client briefs into clear brand positioning, campaign roadmaps, and execution plans. Identify opportunities to grow brand visibility, engagement, and market share. Campaign Planning & Execution Lead planning and execution of integrated campaigns across: Digital platforms TV and radio Influencer marketing Events and activations Coordinate internal teams (creative, digital, production, commercial). Ensure timely delivery of campaigns within scope and budget. Digital Brand Performance Management Monitor brand KPIs including: Reach Engagement Conversion metrics ROI Optimize campaigns using analytics insights. Implement digital growth strategies for client and internal brands. Client Relationship Management Act as primary brand liaison between client and agency. Manage expectations, reporting, and communication. Identify upselling opportunities and growth areas. Revenue Support & Commercialization Support commercial teams in proposal development. Identify new revenue streams for assigned brands. Ensure brand activities contribute to revenue targets.
