Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ikeja for an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor at Arik Air. The role involves overseeing and scheduling routine maintenance, coordinating repair operations, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring the compliance of maintenance activities with aviation regulations and safety standards. The supervisor will also inspect completed maintenance tasks and manage documentation for maintenance activities to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence. Qualifications Proven expertise in Aircraft Maintenance and PowerPlant operations Experience with Aircraft systems and Inspection procedures Strong Supervisory Skills with an ability to lead and manage a team Familiarity with aviation safety standards and regulations Relevant certifications such as Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license or equivalent Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments Previous experience with large carrier operations is a plus
