Job Summary We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Administrative Support to assist with front desk operations and general office administration. The ideal candidate will support daily office activities, attend to visitors and clients, and ensure smooth coordination of administrative and facility-related tasks. Key Responsibilities Welcome and attend to clients, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Handle procurement of office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Attend to both walk-in and online enquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and office environment. Support general administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and report preparation. Assist in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and company activities. Monitor office supplies, basic facility needs, and report maintenance issues when necessary. Key Requirements 1–2 years’ experience in a front desk, administrative, or support role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking ability. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
