Where People Lead and Tech Empowers. Key Responsibilities Assist the FBSS Head with the setup and scaling of the FBSS teams, including infrastructure, staffing, systems, and governance. Ensure the adoption and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP to support standardized and automated finance processes. Supervise/lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning. Develop talent through training and mentoring. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team. Operational and Accounting Experience Knowledge in and oversight of core finance processes, including: Accounts Payable (AP): Vendor invoice processing, payment execution. Accounts Receivable (AR): Customer billing, collections, cash application. Bank reconciliations, Intercompany journals,s and Tax. General Ledger (GL): Journal entries, reconciliations, month-end, and year-end close. Fixed Assets: Asset tracking, depreciation, and disposals. Payroll: Coordination with HR, compliance, and reporting. FRS 16: additions/modifications to leases, monthly transactions, and terminations Multi-currency and revaluation Governance, Risk & Compliance Maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks. Liaise closely with countries served by the FBSS to ensure specific local and country-specific requirements are understood and delivered. Technology & Automation Ensure the adoption of standardized and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Ensure adoption of automation tools and AI to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboratio n Serve as the primary liaison between the in-country finance and the FBSS for specific
