Description
Role Summary Responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and supporting daily sales operations. The role also involves leading junior sales staff and ensuring targets are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and convert prospects to customers Manage and grow existing client accounts Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Develop and implement sales strategies Prepare proposals and presentations for clients Maintain accurate records on CRM systems Lead and support junior sales team members Work with technical teams to resolve client issues Requirements B.Sc / HND Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or account management Strong communication and negotiation skills Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Experience in ISP/Telecom is an advantage Key KPIs Meet monthly sales targets Acquire new clients consistently Maintain low client churn Achieve strong lead conversion rates Grow revenue from existing clients
