Responsibilities Drive revenue and achieve sales targets within the assigned region Manage key retail accounts and execute commercial plans Ensure effective retail coverage through DSRs and van sales teams Monitor and grow secondary sales performance Maintain optimal product availability and distribution in trade Enforce pricing compliance and track market/competitor activity Uphold high standards of in-store execution (visibility & merchandising) Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 2-4 years’ FMCG sales experience Experience working with Distributors and RTM Teams
