Technical Manager

Description

We’re looking for someone who can run technical operations end-to-end — from installations to maintenance to team performance. You’ll Love This Role If You: Enjoy being on top of operations and in control of execution Thrive in hands-on technical environments Like leading teams and driving performance Get satisfaction from solving complex technical problems Understand systems — kitchen, laundry, refrigeration, equipment Want to build structure, SOPs, and improve how things run You’ll Struggle In This Role If You: Prefer purely office-based or low-pressure roles Avoid accountability for results and team performance Struggle managing multiple projects at once Don’t like dealing with breakdowns, escalations, and urgent issues Are not strong in leadership, follow-through, and decision-making What You’ll Be Responsible For Overseeing installations, maintenance, and servicing of equipment Managing technical teams and driving accountability Planning and executing projects (timelines, budgets, resources) Ensuring quality, compliance, and safety standards Handling escalations and complex technical issues Driving customer satisfaction and service excellence Managing field operations, tools, and spare parts Tracking performance, reporting, and improving systems Who We’re Looking For Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration Engineering 5–7 years’ experience in technical operations 2–3 years in a leadership role Experience in commercial kitchen, laundry, or refrigeration systems Strong project management and troubleshooting skills Valid driver’s license
