Legal Officer- Commercial & Corporate Law

Key Responsibilities: Draft and review contract in line with company policies Work with external counsel on court matters, fillings, and case follow-ups Conduct legal research and provide advice on risks and compliance. Engage with stakeholders to support business interests and regulatory compliance Manage and maintain company legal documents and records Support the legal Manager and handle additional legal duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law An advocate of High Court of Kenya 4-5 years of experience in commercial or corporate law Experience working in global, multicultural environments with required cultural awareness Excellent Management, and problem-solving Skills.
