Must have 12+ years of experience in Banking Operations and Business Analysis, specializing in Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Digital Transformation. Should be proficient in core banking and trade applications including Finacle, EximBills, Intellect TRD, and SWIFT Alliance. Experienced in gathering business requirements, performing current state analysis, and preparing Functional Specification Documents (FSD) for large-scale banking projects. Skilled in managing SIT and UAT cycles, triaging defects with vendors, and providing L3 production support for complex financial systems. Deep understanding of global trade standards such as UCP 600 and ISBP, alongside experience in SWIFT MT to ISO20022 MX conversions. Proven ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders across global sites and manage offshore development teams
