Duration: 3 months Location: Bugis Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm Responsibilities: Conduct data collection for e-invoicing requirements through customer calls, emails, and occasional on‑site visits. Perform data mapping, validation, and cleansing to ensure accuracy and readiness for mass data uploads. Support the Customer Support team by managing recurring customer enquiries and providing timely resolutions. Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure data completeness, service excellence, and smooth execution of operational tasks.
