Executive / Assistant Manager, HRBP (People Operations) Location: Tanjong Pagar Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm Salary: $4,300

  • $5,800 per month (commensurate with experience) About the Role We are seeking a proactive HR professional to support People Operations with a focus on internship recruitment and early talent engagement. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and external institutions to build a strong pipeline of future talent, while contributing to broader HR initiatives and continuous process improvements. Key Responsibilities Internship Recruitment & University Engagement Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for interns, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers Build and maintain relationships with tertiary institutions to promote internship opportunities and strengthen partnerships Support campus engagement activities and early talent outreach initiatives Internship Programme Management Partner hiring managers to design meaningful internship assignments aligned with business needs and intern development goals Provide guidance and support to interns throughout their internship journey Monitor intern performance and progress, ensuring expectations are met and addressing any issues where necessary HR Business Partnering & Operations Support the implementation of HR strategies and execution of key people programmes Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of HR initiatives Process Improvement & Talent Initiatives Participate in process improvement projects to enhance recruitment and HR operations Contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or early careers / internship programme management Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and external partners Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment methods Strong communication, organisational, and coordination skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
