Associate Director, Talent Acquisition (1-Year Contract) Location: Tanjong Pagar Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm Salary: $10,000

  • $12,000 per month (commensurate with experience) Completion Bonus: 1-month upon successful contract completion About the Role We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to drive and enhance recruitment strategies across the organisation. This role will partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes, strengthen talent pipelines, and implement data-driven recruitment practices aligned with business priorities. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy, Tools & Partnerships Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy aligned with business growth and workforce planning Optimise sourcing channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing methods Leverage recruitment technologies (e.g. ATS and sourcing tools) to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes Manage and govern relationships with recruitment agencies and executive search firms to ensure consistency and cost effectiveness Support employer branding initiatives and build external partnerships with educational institutions and industry bodies Internship & Early Talent Programmes Provide strategic oversight of internship and early talent programmes across the organisation Ensure programmes align with workforce needs and deliver meaningful development opportunities Monitor programme effectiveness and recommend improvements Support campus engagement and early talent outreach initiatives Recruitment Metrics, Analytics & Reporting Establish and track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire Analyse recruitment data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management Drive a data-led approach within the Talent Acquisition function Senior Leadership & Critical Hiring Partner with senior stakeholders on executive and critical role hiring Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles, including role scoping, search strategy, and candidate assessment Manage executive search partners and ensure a rigorous and consistent hiring process Ensure a high-quality candidate experience while maintaining confidentiality and governance Requirements Proven experience in a senior Talent Acquisition role Strong track record in developing and executing recruitment strategies Experience managing relationships with recruitment agencies and executive search firms Good understanding of recruitment technologies and best practices Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
