Job Summary: Role: Change Manager Start: ASAP Duration: 12 Months Location: Singapore We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead organizational change initiatives for large-scale ERP transformation programs across the APAC region. This role will drive change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption for enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and other ERP platforms. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing change in complex environments and is well-versed in training strategy, communication planning, and organizational readiness Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Change Management or Organizational Change Management.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level change initiatives for large-scale ERP transformation programs.
- Strong experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other enterprise ERP systems.
- Exposure to ERP migration projects (ECC and/or S/4HANA) and Oracle (EBS and/or Fusion Cloud) as part of broader ERP initiatives.
- Experience supporting ERP transformations within manufacturing or semiconductor organizations
- Experience managing change across APAC regions and multi-country environments.
- Strong expertise in training strategy, training needs analysis, and user adoption frameworks.
- Experience in stakeholder management, communication planning, and organizational readiness assessment.
- Strong background working with system integrators and consulting-led ERP programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex transformation environment. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive end-to-end change management initiatives for large-scale ERP transformation programs (implementation or rollout).
- Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
- Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.
- Design and implement training strategies, including training needs analysis, training plans, and user enablement programs.
- Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, and regional stakeholders across APAC to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Develop and deliver communication materials and engagement activities to support change initiatives.
- Support cutover, go-live, stabilization, and postimplementation adoption activities.
- Monitor and measure user adoption, change effectiveness, and project success metrics.
- Identify and manage resistance to change, providing mitigation strategies and support.
- Work closely with program managers, HR, and business units to embed change into organizational processes.
- Ensure alignment of change initiatives with business objectives and transformation goals.
