Contract Period 11 Months (From 1 May 2026 to 31 March 2027) Working Location City Hall Working Hours 5 Days (Mon to Fri: 9.00am to 6.00pm) Lunch: 1 hour Offered Salary 1 May 2026 to 30 June 2026: $10.38/hour 1 July 2026 to 31 March 2027: $11.38/hour Requirements: GCE ‘N’/’O’/’A’ levels / Nitec / Higher Nitec Experience in MS Excel, Outlook and Word Organised and meticulous Able to work independently Responsibilities : · Process weekly work orders from e-Request system · Submit requests for digitisation of files and follow up on the returns of digitised files · Manage the team’s generic mailbox · Complete requests on a e-Request system EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg No.: R1106928 TOH LAY HOON (JESSICA)
