Duration: 1 year Location: Outram Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for victims, addressing all queries and concerns from report lodgement to case conclusion via phone engagement and structured service replies. Initiate first contact with victims within 3 hours of report lodgement and gather critical scam‑enabler information for submission via the relevant Decision Authority Office to facilitate timely disruption. Provide preventive advice to minimise the risk of future victimisation. Assess the need to refer victims for counselling, social support, or the issuance of a Restriction Order Provide timely updates to victims on case progress, asset recovery, and case outcomes. Provide administrative support, including preparing production orders to request CCTV footage retrieval for cases involving ATM cash mules, document mules, and victim‑turned‑mule investigations. Perform any other administrative duties as directed by the Head of Branch. Requirements: Preference for candidates with relevant working experience in law enforcement–related agencies. Highly organised, able to work independently, and capable of managing a high volume of cases.
