Experience & Qualifications: 6–12 years of experience as Technical Business Analyst / System Analyst • Proven experience in: SharePoint implementations (mandatory) Power Platform solutions (mandatory) Portal / web application delivery: • Experience in Government / public sector projects (highly preferred)• Strong exposure to:• Agile / Scrum delivery models Key Competencies technical acumen with business translation ability stakeholder management and communication skills complex, multi-vendor environments detail, quality, and traceability • Problem-solving mindset with delivery ownership Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with:• Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID (Identity & Access Management) • Security and compliance (IM8, PDPA)• CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore)• Certifications:• Microsoft Power Platform / Azure• Agile / Scrum certifications
