Flange Management Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical overhauling, reconditioning & repairs of piping related equipment.
• Identifies parts that need to be replaced due to wear, missing of defective or repair services as deem necessary
• Promote awareness and commitment to focus on jobs delivery dateline, quality and cost
• Demonstrates efficient job planning and time scheduling
• Works with Service Engineers to support their mechanical repair needs and to schedule troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment Requirements:
• SSIC Card No
• ECITB Certified Training on Mechanical Joint Integrity or its equivalent

• MJI First Principles,
• Hand and Hydraulically Torqued Flange Bolted Connections,
• Hand and Hydraulically Torqued Clamp Connectors,
• Hydraulically Tensioned Bolted Connections,
• Hydraulically Tensioned and Torqued Subsea Bolted Connections and
• Powered Torque Gun Bolted Connections. Minimum ECITB MJI 19 (Hand and Hydraulically Torqued Flange Bolted Connections)

• Must have experience working as a Technician dealing with on-board Vessel main engine and mechnical-related equipment.
