Description

Project Schedule Development Prepare, update, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Primavera P6. Break down the overall project into work packages and define dependencies, milestones, and critical paths. Support Project Control Manager and Project Manager in aligning the schedule with contractual deliverables. Progress Monitoring & Control Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against the baseline schedule. Collect input from engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and logistics teams for schedule updates. Identify schedule deviations and propose recovery or mitigation actions. Resource & Look-Ahead Planning Prepare manpower histograms, resource allocation charts, and look-ahead schedules. Ensure resource leveling and availability align with project priorities. Forecast upcoming requirements (labor, equipment, scaffolding, materials). Interface & Coordination Coordinate with discipline leads and subcontractors to ensure accurate reporting of progress. Assist Site Manager and Supervisors in preparing short-term plans to meet immediate project objectives. Support the integration of subcontractor schedules into the project IMS. Reporting & Documentation Produce weekly and monthly planning reports, including progress curves (S-curves), critical path analysis, and variance reports. Support client reporting requirements, including detailed progress presentations. Maintain historical planning records for benchmarking and lessons learned. Change & Risk Management Analyze schedule impacts of changes, variations, and claims. Update the schedule baseline and provide “what-if” scenarios for management decision-making. Coordinate with Risk Manager/Project Control Manager to include risks and mitigations in the schedule. Handover & Close-Out Prepare final as-built schedules and planning documentation for project close-out. Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of planning practices. Special Working Conditions: Onshore site visits and extended working hours may be required during critical project phases. Must be available for rapid deployment to project sites when operational issues arise.
