-Review of all the architectural and structural drawings specifications, schedules and quantities to ensure accuracy and completeness for construction progress.

• Knowledge in CAD/BIM -Making sure that the entire materials utilized as well as work conducted is according to provisions. -Create schedules for construction and worker shifts -Monitor and comply with guidelines and regulations regarding permits, safety, etc. -Attending coordination meetings organized by client, consultants and main contractor to ensure projects are completed within time frame, budget and optimal quality. -Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers etc., monitor performance, workmanship and quality of materials and services. -To assist project manager in the supervision and management of construction activities to assigned project -Travel amongst our various project sites throughout the city -Provide technical support to other site team members -Inspection on structural and architectural works to control quality of project. -Others ad-hoc duties assigned.
