Description
- You will be heavily involved in supporting the implementation of a refreshed HR system. Specific job tasks may include: • Participating in comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and preparation of communication materials and user guides for system modules that fall within Performance and Rewards related areas • Supporting the data migration phase through extraction and consolidation of records/ files • Guiding internal stakeholders on system-related queries • Compiling and reviewing feedback from stakeholders on system design and process flows
- You will be involved in providing data support and analytics to the team to make informed decisions on the design of relevant policies/ frameworks relating to performance, compensation and benefits. Specific job tasks may include: • Managing the consolidation, extraction and analysis of data points for budgeting, compensation, benefits, and performance reviews • Preparing files and reports for regular compensation and performance reporting • Reviewing compensation proposals which are outside the approved parameters, escalated by the Talent Acquisition team • Assisting in participation of market or industry surveys
- You may also be involved in other Rewards related and Group/Corporate wide projects on an ad-hoc basis.
