Pre-requisite for System Analyst (Enterprise Architecture) Education Qualification a. The candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering, Information Systems, Information Resource Management (or equivalent). Required Competencies a. Conversant in EA requirements and modelling standards. b. Familiar with EA Frameworks such as The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF). c. Possess some knowledge and technical skills on using EA tools, e.g. ARIS Business Architect and ARIS Publisher. d. Possess strong command of the English language (written and spoken), with excellent communication and presentation skills. e. Possess good interpersonal skills, highly organised and effective, and a good team player. f. Responsible, conscientious, resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active. g. Proficient in Office productivity suites such as Microsoft Office and Excel. Required Working Experience a. The candidate(s) should possess the following experience in the respective domain knowledge: Job Description for System Analyst (Enterprise Architecture) 1.1 The contracted staff shall provide support for digital transformation development and delivery, EA standards and framework development, training and change management to constantly enhance EA competency. The contracted staff shall be responsible for the following: a. Support Digital Transformation Development and Delivery i. Support digital solutions to improve business operations. The contracted staff are to use the EA methodology to systematically develop the future business models and processes for the business stakeholders. b. Develop EA Standards and Framework i. Modelling Standards and Frameworks Review and Enhancement. Explore improvement opportunity on the current EA modelling standards, frameworks/methodologies (e.g. Integrated Methodology for Business Transformation (iMBT), DRM, Business Reference Model (BRM)). This is to keep the client OSIT EA up-to-date with the Industry technologies and capabilities. c. Proliferate EA and Build Up EA Competency i. EA Operations and Outreach • Upkeep and enhance the EA repository content (architectural views, templates and scripts). Ensure project architectural views are properly stored. Capability to generate EA reports to support decision-making on architectural views related to business processes, information exchange and system design. Ensure EA templates and filters are developed to support project modelling. Capability to develop scripts to extracts data from EA repository. • Provide regular training sessions on EA concepts and familiarization on the use of EA software modelling tool (ARIS). The outcome of this task XXXX XXXX improve overall understanding of EA concepts and modelling processes. The contracted staff are to support such training activities, including conducting the training (including hands on segment), setting up the required training facilities at Authority’s specified premises, preparing training content and issuing
