Senior Resident Architect / Resident Architect

Job Responsibilities Assist QP in carrying out supervision for Architectural works and related works. Manage the Project in the aspects of progress control, quality control, variation/cost control, safety control, environmental control, etc. Assist Client / Consultants in monitoring and coordination of Architectural works to facilitate project completion, regulatory inspections, and handover. Report critical and/or major issues to Client / Consultants and provide recommendations. Liaise and coordinate with Client / Consultants to resolve on-site technical issues. Manage a team of site staff and lead the supervision of architectural works. Job Requirements Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a University recognized by Board of Architects, with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. Strong knowledge of Architectural details, drawings and local construction practices. Basic knowledge of C&S and M&E shop drawings. Familiar with local codes and regulations Experience in the supervision of building construction, architectural and fitting out works. Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
