Resident Technical Officer (M&E)

Job Responsibilities: · Carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site. · Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety. Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned. Job Requirements: · Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing · National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred · Preferably registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES · Possess at least 5 years of relevant and practical site supervision experience · Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports · Familiar with local codes & regulations
