Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Centre of Excellence for Infocomm Technology and Smart Systems. In this role, you will lead digital transformation initiatives that empower our people and master the craft of building technology for the public good. You will maintain current applications while actively identifying and executing new opportunities to enhance our Corporate Systems Ecosystem . Core Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage and oversee a small team across multiple project deliveries and Proof of Concept (PoC) experimentations. Operational Management: Drive stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and progress reporting. Governance & Compliance: Manage risks, audits, security, and financial/procurement compliance for existing systems. Strategic Solutioning: Drive senior user engagements to recommend suitable solutions with a product mindset . Technology Adoption: Stay fluent with trend technologies (e.g., AI, Low-code platforms, SaaS) to address complex user problem statements. What We Are Looking For Professional Experience: At least 6 years in project management with a strong portfolio of implemented products/systems. Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and drive strategic initiatives. Technical Familiarity: Knowledge of modern tech stacks, including Cloud hosting environments (GCC) , authentication products, and SaaS procedures. Communication Skills: Excellent writing and presentation skills are a must for securing buy-in from cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Initiative: A "go-setter" with a strong sense of ownership and a comfort with challenging the status quo when it benefits the end-user. Advantageous Qualifications: Working experience within a large-scale Public Sector or Government ICT environment. Hands-on experience implementing Digital Transformation or AI initiatives for corporate environments. Deep domain knowledge in Financial, Procurement, or HR systems.
