Cybersecurity Solution Consultant

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to drive solution design, security advisory, and technical pre-sales enablement across enterprise environments. This role focuses on translating business and regulatory requirements into practical, scalable cybersecurity solutions aligned with industry frameworks and best practices. The successful candidate will act as a trusted security advisor, working closely with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to design, position, and deliver effective security solutions while supporting ongoing compliance and risk management initiatives. Key Responsibilities Security Solution Design and Advisory Design and present end-to-end cybersecurity solutions spanning security platforms and services, aligned with recognized frameworks such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework Perform comprehensive security assessments across infrastructure, networks, systems, and applications to identify gaps, vulnerabilities, and overall security maturity Recommend security architecture enhancements and controls to embed security-by-detechnology initiatives Provide advisory support across the system development lifecycle, including architecture reviews, threat modelling, and change impact assessments Lead technical discussions, solution workshops, and proof-of-concept activities with customers Technical Pre-Sales and Customer Engagement Partner with sales and business development teams to provide cybersecurity subject matter expertise during pursuit and deal cycles Deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, and briefings to both technical and executive audiences Support RFP and RFI responses with clear, defensible security solution narratives Engage customers to understand business objectives, technical constraints, and compliance requirements Develop and maintain technical sales materials such as solution briefs, reference architectures, and security diagrams Collaboration and Leadership Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility, integration readiness, and delivery alignment Act as a key interface between commercial and technical teams to ensure smooth transition from solution design to implementation Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal security standards and best practices Support engagements involving auditors, regulators, and customer security reviews Participate in incident response activities, threat hunting, or cybersecurity exercises when required Requirements Experience and Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity consulting, or solution engineering roles Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to support collaboration with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Technical and Domain Expertise Strong understanding of security frameworks
