Contract Duration: From April (6-7 months) Positions Available: 1 Work Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–6:00pm Work Locations: Singapore Botanic Gardens | Gardens by the Bay (during show & setup period) Salary: $16.00
- $18.00 per hour Qualification: Diploma to Degree About the Role: We are looking for two proactive and customer-focused individuals to join the team as Event Ticketing & Marketplace Sales Assistants. You will play a key role in driving ticket sales, supporting event operations, and ensuring smooth coordination in the lead-up to a major event happening in July 2026. Key Responsibilities:
- Support group ticket sales through lead generation and cold calling to communities, corporate, and government organisations
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email as the main point of contact
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling group tours
- Follow up on after-sales service and maintain proper documentation
- Work with third-party vendors to reconcile accounts and sales
- Coordinate with Finance on revenue tracking and reporting
- Support MarketPlace booth sales operations
- Assist in marketing efforts, including coordination with PR agencies
- Support planning and execution of roadshows and publicity events (leading up to July 2026)
